Contracts protect relationships.

Hindi dahil kamag-anak = may salary.

4️⃣Separate Business Meetings From Family Events

Sunday lunch ≠ Board meeting.

5️⃣Train Family Members

Hindi sapat ang “pamilya ka.” Must have skill, discipline, and mindset.
